Events such as «Atmósfera, Tecámac 2022» will be replicated to bring art and culture closer to the Tecamaquenses
#Tecámac, #StateOfMexico. – With an excellent family atmosphere, the First International Cultural Festival «Atmósfera, Tecámac 2022» was held, where more than 60 thousand people from the region attended during the three days, who were able to enjoy a great cultural, artistic and gastronomic offer.
Due to the success of the festival, the municipal president Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, expressed that this type of events will be replicated in some communities to bring art and culture closer to the people of Tecámac.
She mentioned that in the original towns of Tecámac, there is a great cultural richness that the inhabitants and visitors should make known, especially in this new stage that the municipality is living, with the implementation of the Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA), that is why these types of events will be held for the inhabitants to get closer to the culture.
During the presentation of the music band and choir «Alianza» of the Universidad para el Bienestar Benito Juárez de Tlaxiaco, Oaxaca, which in some pieces were performed in ensembles with the Folkloric Dance Company of the UAM Azcapotzalco unit, the mayor pointed out that art and culture have an impact on the development of children and young people.
The Golden Age takes flight
As part of the activities of the First International Cultural Festival «Atmósfera, Tecámac 2022», senior citizens participated in the danzón contest «Una cana al aire» where the interpretation of the classic pieces of this musical genre were in charge of «Acerina y su danzonera» and «Los 15 campeones de Carlos Campos».
The mayoress Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, gave awards and economic prizes to the first places and thanked the participants for being part of the history of Tecámac, after two years that the massive events were restricted due to the pandemic originated by the COVID-19.
«I am pleasantly surprised by your enthusiastic participation, because today we are celebrating and you were infected by this atmosphere and this motivates us to continue, the road has not been easy, now we can carry out this type of events.
Among the events that were enjoyed by the attendees were the presentation of the Children’s Symphony Orchestra of Tlaxcala, the exhibition of classic cars, the publishing offer, handicrafts and conferences on various cultural topics.
More than 60 thousand passengers during the flight
On the artistic side, close to 60 thousand people attended the Sierra Hermosa ecological and sports park during the three days of the First International Cultural Festival «Atmósfera, Tecámac 2022», where Aarón y su Grupo Ilusión y la Sonora Santanera, Matute, 14 son de Cuba, La Sonora Dinamita, DLD, División Minúscula, among others, performed.
