We are consolidating a model city in the State of Mexico: Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante

#Tecámac, #EstadoDeMéxico.- At the inauguration of the Regional Fair of Tecámac the mayor, Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, said that after two years that this event was suspended due to the pandemic caused by the COVID-19, the people of Tecámac have much to celebrate because the municipality is heading to the consolidation of a model city in the State of Mexico.

She exhorted the attendees to continue working and clear without stopovers, towards the new stage that Tecámac is living in where there is well-being for all the inhabitants thanks to the new economic reality of the municipality.

«There are plenty of reasons to celebrate, we are on the road to consolidate ourselves as a model city in our state, an example for the rest of the world. a model city in our state, an example of a noble, hard-working people with a progressive and tenacious spirit. Let’s celebrate today that we are a better city; safer, prosperous and safe, prosperous with well-being for all. Today we have to show what we, the people of Tecamaquenses, are capable of. Let’s celebrate that we are taking off nonstop towards a new stage in the history of Tecámac,» she said.

The Regional Fair of Tecámac 2022, will be held from May 28 to 8 and will have a great artistic and cultural lineup with the presentation of musical groups from the district as well as children and young people from the dance academies. Among the artistic events that will take place are the presentation of
Edith Márquez, Germán Montero, Diego Morán, Zona Rika, Los Invasores de Nuevo León among others. In the Open Air Theater there will be clown shows, plays, musical groups and folkloric dances.

For those attending the Tecámac 2022 Regional Fair, it was a great reunion after two years that it was not held due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so the mayor considered that an event of this type was necessary for families.

Patricia Cervantes, from the Isidro Favela neighborhood, mentioned that the children deserved the fair, especially after the pandemic, when they could not go out to enjoy artistic events. She emphasized that the fair is very well organized, there is a great variety of musical and cultural numbers.
