Paty Lobeira presents the new Citizen Service Model

#Veracruz, #Ver.- The mayor of Veracruz, Paty Lobeira presented the new Citizen Service Model and the beginning of the Citizen Wednesday, with the objective of attending your requests in a more efficient way.

The municipality will be implementing a set of channels to attend to requests, which are: the new SIRC 2.0 platform, the 072 line, the website chat, the Customer Service Office, the City Hall offices, tours and brigades, our WhatsApp, the Jefas y Jefes de Manzana, social networks, the call center and the Miércoles Ciudadano.

We are a government that listens, that’s why we will continue to work closely with and prioritize all Veracruz citizens. Lobeira concluded
