In Guadalupe NL, transportation operators are trained on gender violence prevention

#Guadalupe, #NuevoLeón. – As this is an issue that represents a constant risk for the women of Guadalupe, the municipal government trained 55 operators of seven transportation routes in the prevention of gender violence, informed Mayoress Cristina Díaz.

The Municipal President explained that, through the Secretary of Substantive Equality, Inclusion and Human Rights, the truck drivers were shown the protocols to follow in case of sexual harassment and harassment.

Diaz detailed that the truck routes that participated in the training are 228, 108, 131, 85, 99, 185 and 173 and thanked the carriers for taking care of the safety of female passengers.

«I thank you very much for the training that you have taken, we had already done it in the previous administration, 2018-2021, this is the second time but now we have reached a point that is more acute than what we have experienced in the past,» she said.
