Juventud Es GTO promotes its empowerment communities and youth networks

#GobiernoDeGuanajuato.- JuventudEsGTO brought together a representation of 170 young people from all over the state who are leaders and strategic actors committed to the development of their communities.

Toño Navarro, Director of Juventudes GTO, swore in the members of the 11 empowerment communities of the 8 youth networks, which total 16,350 young people who are being formed as agents of development and transformers of their environment.

«You represent the best of the youth of Guanajuato, and that is why we are investing in the most valuable asset that Mexico and the state have, which are its youth,» said the head of the agency, who handed over the appointments and swore in the young people.

These young people are leaders who lead actions and projects that have an impact on their training and development of skills and competencies in areas such as the promotion of peace, education and healthy lifestyles, entrepreneurship, social and rural projects in their communities, and promotion of women, among others.

«We are all here because we believe in something, we believe in a future that we can significantly change,» said Haidee Samanta Bustos Luna, state coordinator of Red Visión Líder.

The event was attended by the ambassadors and consuls that make up the eleven empowerment communities, such as +PazXGTO, ActivAndoGTO, EducAndoGTO, EmpoderART, Impulso RuralEsGTO.
