Mayoress Patricia Lobeira delivered deeds to the Special Education Center for Visual Impairment A.C. – @PatyYunes, @AyuntamientoVer

#Veracruz, #Ver.- In the office of the Presidency, Mayoress Patricia Lobeira de Yunes delivered the deeds, donated by the City of Veracruz, to the Special Education Center for Visual Disorders A.C., which is located in the Floresta subdivision.

She informed that the donation process was initiated since 2000 and it was until 2014 that the City Council authorized the donation; in 2018 it was finalized with the authorization of the State Congress and in 2021 the deed was signed before a notary.

She added that it was until last May of this year 2022 that she as municipal authority authorized the total payment of the transfer of ownership to be able to make the donation and delivery of the deeds, giving legal certainty and property security to this Special Education Center for Visual Disorders.

During the ceremony, the mayor highlighted the work of this center and the services it offers through its social assistance programs, so that people can significantly improve their quality of life, reincorporating them in a comprehensive manner to everyday life.
