Open-door government in Veracruz; Citizen Service in Boca del Río, a priority of Mayor JM Unánue / @JM_UNANUE @_BocadelRio >>>

#BocaDelRío, #Ver.- One of the main commitments of the Mayor of Boca del Río, Juan Manuel Unánue Abascal, is to provide immediate and close attention to the citizens, that is to say, that his administration is characterized for being an open door government.

He emphasized that it is a priority that citizens feel the support of his government, but mainly, with tangible results.

That is why, from his first day in office, he asked all municipal departments to listen and receive the Boqueños and Boqueños, from the different channels of attention and official linkage.

For example, through the Directorate of Citizen Attention, which so far this year has received 7,419 reports, of which 5,754 have been resolved, equivalent to 80% of the reports have ended satisfactorily.

In order to achieve an optimal reception of reports, read and listen to more citizens, the City Council of Boca del Río has six different channels of attention which are: e-mail, in person at the Citizen Attention office, Call Center, Official Social Networks, Web and in the different areas of the municipal government.
