Support for residents of Tlatlaya, in the state of Edoméx, affected by recent rains / @alfredodelmazo @Edomex >>>

#Edoméx.- Following last night’s rain, the General Coordination of Civil Protection and Integral Risk Management provided support to residents of the community of San Felipe Tepehuastitlán, in Tlatlaya.

Among the damages caused by the flooding of a stream, it was reported that three people were missing and one was rescued and taken to the medical service for medical attention.

The state agency detailed that the three people mentioned, two men and one woman, were swept away by the current when they tried to cross the aforementioned tributary.

At 17:00 hours, the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) confirmed the death of the two men and the search for the woman continues.

In coordination with elements of the Municipal Civil Protection, state Civil Protection collaborated in the cleaning of homes affected by flooding, particularly in five of them where the water reached approximately 30 centimeters.
