#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- In an extraordinary session of the City Council, Mayoress Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante swore in Héctor Zadarov López Madera, as head of the Tecámac Civil Guard as of Thursday, October 6.

The official served as Director of Administration and Citizen Attention of this corporation. He has a degree in Criminalistics and a university degree in Biotechnology.

He worked for five years in the Attorney General’s Office as Deputy Director of the Forensic Genetics Laboratory and in the Executive Secretariat of the National Public Security System, as federal liaison for national priority programs.

He has 63 courses, workshops, diplomas, and national and international conferences related to investigation and crime prevention, as well as criminalistics in general, he passed the certification and confidence control evaluations for his entrance and permanence in the Civil Guard Tecámac.

The mayoress proposed this replacement, after the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Combating Corruption of the State of Mexico issued an official notice in which four members of the Civil Guard are accused of acts probably constituting a crime, among them the now former head of the Guard.

It will be the Internal Affairs Unit of Guardia Civil Tecámac and the Municipal Internal Comptroller’s Office who will carry out the investigations and determine the disciplinary measures that may correspond according to law.
