Alejandro Encinas Nájera holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, a master’s degree in Political Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and a doctorate in Social Sciences and Humanities from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana.

Luis Abel Romero López holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Iberoamericana. In his last position he served as General Collection Administrator at the Tax Administration Service (SAT), being responsible for designing and implementing strategies aimed at promoting the collection and recovery of tax credits to strengthen tax revenues and thus contribute to the development and monitoring of priority programs of the Government of Mexico.
