#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- The municipal president, Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, reported that in this 2022, 21 thousand 374 square meters have been rehabilitated in the main streets and avenues of different communities of the demarcation, which suffer some kind of damage, mainly in the rainy season.

In a work tour, the mayoress explained that daily crews of workers carry out these maintenance works in different roads, in the month of October 2 thousand 977 square meters were repaired in: Los Héroes, Colonia Santa Cruz, San Pedro Atzompa, Ojo de Agua, Hueyotenco, Colonia 5 de Mayo, Rancho La Capilla, Real del Cid and Tecámac Centro.

Although he acknowledged that there is still much to be done, he stressed that Tecámac has better roads compared to other districts in the region, and his administration will continue with these maintenance and conservation works.

While visiting the collector being built in the community of Ojo de Agua, Gutiérrez Escalante pointed out that it will capture rainwater from the communities of Lomas de Tecámac, Loma Bonita, Real de Castell and Colonia Los Arcos. This work consists of 1,900 linear meters of high-density HDPE pipe with a diameter of 90 centimeters.
