#Veracruz, #Ver.- Mayoress Paty Lobeira de Yunes inaugurated the rehabilitation with hydraulic concrete of José Azueta Street, which runs from Hermenegildo Galeana to Cerro Azul, in the Coyol and Palmas del Coyol neighborhoods.

She emphasized that in addition to the paving with hydraulic concrete of a length of 800 meters, 22 centimeters thick, different actions were also carried out to improve the roadway, such as the construction of new sidewalks, curbs and ramps; improvements in sanitary drainage, sewage, drinking water service and lighting with new posts and lights, as well as well-marked signage.

She informed that this work will directly benefit more than 10 thousand Veracruz citizens who transit daily through this area, both vehicles and pedestrians. «This work will facilitate transit, decreasing their time and walking on wider and safer sidewalks,» she said .

The Mayoress affirmed that her administration makes a great effort to be able to do this type of comprehensive works. «These are the works we are doing throughout the municipality, we want the streets here in Veracruz to last 20 or 25 years, even if there is heavy traffic, even if there is inclement weather, that they hold up well for us,» she said.
