Córdoba receives Tourism Award: «Mi Veracruz» for best business hotel and traditional dish / @PdteJuanMtnez @AytoCordobaVer >>>

#Córdoba, #Ver.- Among the 23 awards given by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture (Sectur) of Veracruz, Cordoba was honored with two: best business hotel: «HB Cordoba»; best traditional dish: «Tezmole de espinazo de puerco»; and best tourist region: Las Altas Montañas, received the award by the Municipal President, Juan Martinez Flores.

«This is thanks to the participation and alliance we have had with all those who today distinguish us with their presence. This award is for all the people of Cordoba and the entire area of the High Mountains,» said the mayor upon receiving the statuette for the Best Tourism Region: The High Mountains.

Also present as hosts of this third edition were the Sole Trustee, Vania López González; and the Councilors, Daniel Vázquez Hernández, Jonathan Rosas Blanco, Erick Gasca Morales and María del Carmen Aguilar Mendoza, in addition to the Tourism Coordinator of the City of Córdoba, Valeria Pitalua Yunes, as well as the presidents of the business chambers.

At the Ex Hacienda de San Francisco Toxpan, the «Mi Veracruz» 2022 Tourism Award ceremony was held, where the Secretary of Sectur, Iván Martínez Olvera, acknowledged that the state is becoming increasingly competitive, as more than 350 applicants from the entire tourism sector participated in nine categories and 19 subcategories, where it was demonstrated that the tourism products offered exalt the richness, culture and traditions.
