#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- In Tecámac we are responsible with the environment, emphasized Mayoress Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, pointing out that this municipality has become a new development pole due to the Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA), which obliges us to commit ourselves to the proper management of natural resources and land use.

«We are convinced that economic and social development must go hand in hand with the care of the environment; here we have an adequate management of solid resources according to the norms and we take special care with our green areas,» she emphasized.

She pointed out that the municipality is carrying out various actions to avoid disorderly urban growth, which was tolerated in past administrations, for which it forces developers to respect the law and to build in areas that meet the basic requirements.

She informed that recently the construction of irregular properties was stopped, in which land was being sold to be subdivided without the corresponding permits.

Unlike many municipalities that downplay the importance of ecological issues, the mayor stressed that Tecámac works under the premise of sustainable development to leave a better future for future generations.
