#Guanajuato, #Gto.- The Mayor of Guanajuato Capital, Alejandro Navarro, acknowledged the commitment that the teachers of Guanajuato have with the children of the state and reaffirmed his ties of joint work with Section 45 of the National Union of Education Workers (SNTE).

«All my recognition to the teachers of the state of Guanajuato for their valuable participation in the care of children and in the consolidation of Guanajuato as a strong state in the formation of girls and boys who will be referents for their talent and leadership in the 46 municipalities,» said Navarro in a meeting he held with the secretary general of section 45 of the SNTE, Juan Rigoberto Macias.

Alejandro Navarro received at the Municipal Presidency the teachers who head the various Secretariats of the Sectional Executive Committee and emphasized that the teachers of Guanajuato stand out throughout the country for their daily commitment.

The union leader of Section 45, which brings together more than 22 thousand teachers from all over the state, thanked Mayor Navarro for the reception and reiterated that the SNTE will join the work that the Municipal Presidency of Guanajuato will undertake for the right to education, the defense of children’s rights and the participation of parents in activities that promote positive parenting and the prevention of addictions.
