#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- The Mayoress, Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, led the ceremony of promulgation of the Municipal Bando of Tecámac 2023, where a tribute was paid to the musician Felipe Villanueva for the 161st anniversary of his birth, in the Rotonda de las Personas Ilustres.

Accompanied by the municipal body, the municipal president unveiled the Bando Municipal 2023, which from this day the administration has the legal certainty to cover its actions with legitimacy and legality, between authorities and citizens.

In addition, the document promotes the social coexistence of the people of Tecamaquenses, by establishing the guidelines that must be followed within the municipal territory.

Also this Sunday at the Rotonda de las Personas Ilustres, in Mexico City, the municipal authorities held a guard of honor and highlighted the contribution made by the musician Felipe Villanueva in the cultural life of our country.

The composer is considered the prodigy son of Tecámac, and stood out for promoting musical nationalism in the 19th century.
