#SanMiguelDeAllende, #Gto.- Strengthening the strategy of strengthening the positioning and economy of the Municipality, the municipal president, Mauricio Trejo, signed a new twinning agreement, now with the Californian city of Palm Springs.

At the City Hall building in that city in Southern California, the president of San Miguel and his entourage were received by Mayor Grace Gardner and where the formal signing of the twinning between the two cities took place.

With the twinning with Palm Springs, options were opened so that young university students from San Miguel can carry out educational and cultural exchanges, with the purpose of enriching their academic preparation with the good practices that they carry out in both sister cities.

The results of this new twinning will be reflected in more and better job development opportunities that, in turn, will raise the quality of tourism services offered mainly to tourists in retirement.

As part of the agenda of Mauricio Trejo and the San Miguel delegation, a tour of the Palm Springs Art Museum was scheduled, where the art exchange program will be discussed; previously, Trejo and the businessmen took tours offered by the Palm Springs Unified School District Foundation: Cielo Vista School and Historic Landmarks.
