In Guanajuato, the administration of San Miguel de Allende continues to support sports and youth culture / @MauricioTrejoP @GobMunicipalSMA >>>

#SanMiguelDeAllende, #Gto.- In keeping with the social policy of municipal president Mauricio Trejo, the municipality continues to promote the integral development of young university students.

By hosting the Regional Sports and Cultural Encounter of Technological Universities 2023, which brought together more than 2,000 young people, this World Heritage City also becomes transcendental by hosting large format events in sports and culture.

On this occasion, the visitors came from the states of Michoacán (Universidad Tecnológica de Morelia), Querétaro (Universidad Aeronáutica de Querétaro, UT de Querétaro and UT de San Juan del Río) and from five other municipalities in the state of Guanajuato (UT del Norte de Guanajuato, UT de León, UT de Salamanca, UT del Suroeste de Guanajuato and Utsma).

During this regional competition, on Friday February 10 and Saturday February 11, the Luis H. Ducoing Municipal Sports Unit, the Baby Vazquez Sports Module and the Manuel J. Clouthier Park are being used for soccer, basketball and volleyball; while at Utsma it is: folkloric dance, declamation, public speaking, chalk mural music and singing; these thousands of young people are taking advantage of the sports infrastructure that San Miguel has.
