#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- In Tecámac we are working on the implementation of more effective public policies in condominium and urban matters, said the municipal president, Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, at the inauguration of the Services Fair held in coordination with the Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit), State of Mexico delegation.

According to the Institute’s figures, a total of 60 thousand workers in this municipality have a housing loan.

She mentioned that it is necessary to join efforts for the recovery of the abandoned houses located in the urban complexes of the municipality, which were built under the protection of past administrations, and also to avoid more invasions.

«Count on us, let’s get to work and please help us to have a registry, to modify our regulatory framework; to implement more effective public policies in condominium and urban matters,» she said.

In the presence of the Infonavit delegate in the State of México, Dayra Vergara Vargas, she reiterated that we must act with greater decision and synergy as it has been done in other aspects, since Tecámac is living a stellar moment, with the arrival of the Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA), where soon to benefit the beneficiaries of the demarcation a service center of the institute will be installed.
