#BocaDelRío, #Ver.- Once again Boca del Río became a tourist attraction for the Labor Day long weekend, as announced by the Mayor of Boca del Río, Juan Manuel Unánue Abascal.

He highlighted that not even the bad weather stopped the arrival of thousands of visitors, so the hotel sector reported an occupancy rate of 95 percent.

«Despite the cold front, we had a weekend with a lot of tourism, in addition to a lot of movement in the city, which confirms Boca del Río as a preferred destination for Mexicans,» said the mayor.

This had a positive impact generating an economic revenue of 35 million pesos, which also directly favored the tourist service providers who experienced a great affluence in their businesses and consumption of their products.

Unánue Abascal added that in order to obtain these results, an attractive and comfortable city for visitors is maintained, working daily on its cleanliness, security and rehabilitation and thus remain in the taste of all those who visit Boca del Río.
