DIF Celaya and Rotary Club benefit 60 families with wheelchairs / @jmendozamarquez @municipiocelaya >>>

#Celaya, #Gto.- As part of the 80th anniversary of the Rotary Club of Celaya, 60 families from Celaya were benefited with the delivery of the same number of wheelchairs, where the System for Integral Family Development (DIF) participated with the direct contribution of 20 of these orthopedic devices.

The delivery took place this Friday, June 16, with the presence of the director of DIF, María del Carmen Núñez Mares, who attended on behalf of the president of the DIF Board of Trustees, Rosa María Suárez de Mendoza and the municipal president, Francisco Javier Mendoza Márquez.

«For us as DIF Celaya, ensuring the quality of life of our families is the engine that moves us every day and you are an ally to achieve that goal. This delivery of wheelchairs is a clear example that we must join efforts and work together so that the results have a real impact on society, as our Mayor has repeatedly remarked,» said the DIF Director.

Thanks to the combined efforts of the ORSAN Foundation, the Rotary Club of Celaya and the DIF of Celaya, it was possible to deliver the 60 wheelchairs to improve the quality of life of people in vulnerable conditions.

«This chair will be very useful for me, I thank all those who participate in this project to help people in need,» said Esther Olmos, beneficiary.
