Modernization of Santa Fe Avenue in the southern area of Guanajuato Capital promoted with 38 million pesos of investment / @ANavarroMX @GuanajuatoGob >>>

#Guanajuato, #Gto.- With an investment of 38 million 059 thousand 626 pesos, the Municipal Government of Guanajuato will promote the modernization of the Fiscalía-Universidad Santa Fe section of Santa Fe Avenue, a key road for mobility in the southern zone.

Of the total amount, 28 million 296 thousand 314 pesos are of municipal origin and nine million 763 thousand 312 come from the Municipal Social Infrastructure Contribution Fund (FAISMUN).

«The southern zone is home to more than 65,000 inhabitants and, for this reason, it is very important to streamline mobility in the different neighborhoods that make up the area, with well-paved roads in good condition,» said the mayor of the capital, Alejandro Navarro, when announcing this major road work, included in the Public Works and Social Actions Program 2023.

In addition to this modernization, the Public Works Program includes a package of patching and maintenance to keep streets in good condition, which was allocated an amount of 12 million 272 thousand pesos, in addition to the rehabilitation of sewerage services, storm drainage, sanitary drainage and piped water network in the same section Fiscalía-Universidad Santa Fe of Santa Fe Avenue, with an investment of 9 million pesos.

Regarding the urban image and renovation of the canyon area, the Municipal Government decided to rehabilitate 12 alleys, with a total of 21 million pesos.
