#Celaya, #Gto.- This Friday, the president of the Board of Trustees of the DIF System Celaya, Rosa María Suárez de Mendoza, delivered 300 new backpacks for the benefit of children in 3 rural communities, as a donation from the company Costco Wholesale Celaya.

Ignacio Allende Elementary School in the community of San Antonio Espinoza; Justo Sierra Preschool and Vicente Guerrero Elementary School in the community of Galvanes, as well as 24 de Febrero Elementary School in San José de Mendoza, were the schools that benefited from this delivery.

«May you all be winners, may you fly very high, may you aspire to always be better and know that all success requires effort, that is why I invite you to continue studying and prepare yourselves so that each one of you becomes a professional», was Mrs. Rosita’s message to the children.

It was through the Coordination of Food Development that the schools where DIF Celaya currently supports with school breakfasts were selected.

«It is very important for the children to come to school and this support is very important for them,» commented María Soledad Martínez Juárez, principal of Vicente Guerrero Elementary School.

Finally, Mrs. Rosita thanked the company Costco Wholesale Celaya, represented by José Fidel Torres Ramírez, for the donation, which serves as an incentive for the children to continue studying, while reducing the economic burden on parents.
