#SanMiguelDeAllende, #Gto.- With the inauguration of the pickleball courts, there are now more than 45 sports offered by the Municipal Administration in its sports facilities for all San Miguel residents.

Present at the official inauguration of this new area within the Municipal Sports Unit, Municipal President Mauricio Trejo reaffirmed his commitment to promote sports in San Miguel, generating more opportunities for physical activity.

Thus, Mauricio Trejo reiterated his commitment to promote sports in San Miguel: «We will continue to promote sports. You know, we are going to work hard so that there will be physical activity for seniors and also for young people».

After cutting the inaugural ribbon, there are now 6 spaces available for this activity, which opens more opportunities for the San Miguel sports community to get closer and learn more about pickleball and take advantage of the professional facilities that exist in the municipality to practice this new sports discipline. Pickleball has the fundamentals of tennis, which consists of hitting a ball over a net; it is a combination of tennis, table tennis, badminton and paddle, which can be played in singles or in pairs.

As part of the municipal program «60 Days, 60 Works», the Municipality presided by Mauricio Trejo has worked hard to improve the sports infrastructure, both in the communities and in the neighborhoods, as the pickleball courts are added to the recent inauguration of the «La Estación Training Center».
