The Government of Tecámac promotes physical activity and sports with ¡Move with Enthusiasm! / @MarielaGtzEsc @MejorTecamac >>>

#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- The Government of Tecámac, through the municipal Imdeporte, will carry out an intense physical and sports activity during the next three days, in which will be taught from yoga and aerobic dance megaclasses, to the celebration of a municipal women’s soccer tournament.

As part of the ¡Muévete con Ganas! A large participation is expected during this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as the mega yoga class held this Thursday morning at the Ozumbilla Sports Center had a large number of attendees.

For this Friday, starting at 7:00 a.m. the first of the mega aerobic dance classes will be held at Carlos Fuentes Macias Elementary School in Los Reyes Acozac; the second at 8:00 a.m. at the San Pedro Atzompa arch roof; the third at 9:00 a.m. at the San Pedro Pozohuacan arch roof and the fourth at 10:00 a.m. at Deportivo Lagos Urbi.

On Saturday, there will be aquafitness at Deportivo Sierra Hermosa and Deportivo Jardines, in addition to the aerobic dance megaclasses in the Provenzal del Bosque neighborhood, 5 de Mayo auditorium, Ozumbilla esplanade and Lomas Tecámac arch, and in the Canchas Gemelas, in Héroes Tecámac.

There will also be karate classes, Olympic wrestling, boxing and a community race, as well as the expected women’s soccer tournament. Sunday will close with two mini table tennis tournaments and Taekwondo classes.

The municipal government headed by Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante urged Tecamaquenses to get into the habit of participating in these sports activities, since they contribute to improve their physical condition and keep their health in better conditions.
