#Celaya, #Gto.- To improve the quality of life of the elderly who are cared for at the Gerontological Center ‘Casa Día’, Cadena Comercial OXXO will be giving motivational and productive workshops, within the framework of the month of the Elderly.

«We are very grateful to Cadena Comercial OXXO for thinking of our seniors and bringing these tools that will undoubtedly be very useful, because it is time for us,» said Rosita Suarez de Mendoza, president of the Board of Trustees of the System for the Integral Development of the Family (DIF) of Celaya, in her welcome message.

Staff from the Culture, Communication, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Social Responsibility area of the Oxxo Commercial Chain Querétaro Region, to which Plaza Celaya belongs, explained that this is the first time that these workshops have been held as part of the social responsibility they have with the elderly, choosing Celaya to begin the pilot week.

The motivational workshops began last Monday, August 14 at Casa Día and will conclude on August 18, where the seniors were very enthusiastic.
