#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- The municipal president of Tecámac, Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, assured that the Civil Guard is consolidating, after a long road in which there were threats, attacks and pressures.

During the delivery of new patrols and equipment, as well as incentives to the personnel of the corporation, she said that the pillars of this transformation are the fight against corruption, inside and outside the police, as well as promoting a permanent program of continuous training and education.

Gutiérrez Escalante also stated that he would dignify working conditions and salaries so that they would be the best paid in the State of Mexico, and strengthen links, coordination and communication with citizens through neighborhood networks, before the executive secretary of the National Public Security System, Clara Luz Flores, and the commissioner of the Civil Guard, María de Lourdes Cosío.

«We will not tolerate any type of corruption» and the Commissioner reaffirmed that, «the population of Tecámac counts on the protection of the Civil Guard».

The mayoress also emphasized that her government has managed to double the investment in public safety, going from 230 to 475 million pesos.
