#Veracruz, #Ver.- Mayoress Paty Lobeira de Yunes began this day the rehabilitation work with hydraulic concrete of Américo Vespucio Street, from Cristóbal Colón to De las Américas Avenue, in Fraccionamiento Reforma, directly benefiting the families who live in this area and more than 10 thousand people who pass through this street.

The Mayoress informed that there are about 5 thousand square meters of repaving with 22 centimeters thick concrete. The construction of sidewalks, garnishings, and ramps for the mobility of people with disabilities will also be carried out.

She also highlighted the installation of a subway public lighting network and the placement of 23 poles that will help to better illuminate the street, providing greater safety for pedestrians and drivers who pass through this area on a daily basis.

She also said that the entire hydraulic system of drinking water and storm and sanitary drainage will also be rehabilitated. «There are about 600 meters that will be changed; it is a great work,» she said.
