#EstadoDeMéxico.- “The Power to Serve means that this government is fully willing to work, to support and above all to serve, the citizens have the doors of the Government Palace open,” said Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez at the start of the Citizen Hearings , an unprecedented historical exercise in listening and government attention.

“This first hearing is for the purpose of learning first-hand, of listening to the needs, the doors are open,” is how Governor Delfina Gómez began.

At 11:00 a.m. the doors of the Government Palace opened for the first time, and in an unprecedented event, Teacher Delfina Gómez was able to hear first-hand the citizen requests, accompanied by Horacio Duarte Olivares, Secretary General of the Government , as well as the other members of his Cabinet.

“This meeting symbolizes what this Government wants, which is to be close to its people, that effectively that slogan that we have or that motto that we have of The Power to Serve, becomes a reality,” she stated.

“This first hearing has the purpose of knowing first-hand, of listening to the needs, and why not, the proposals that they may have for the government, and in that way, to the extent possible, to provide a solution to those needs that each person has. one of you,” he highlighted.

In this sense, she explained the dynamics of attention of this first hearing, where the participants were attended in three groups, made up of 100 people each.
