Mayor JM Unánue rehabilitates one hundred percent of the sports units of Boca del Río / @JM_UNANUE @_BocadelRio >>>

#BocaDelRío, #Ver.- With the general rehabilitation of the Manuel Gómez Morín “Pinitos” sports unit in the Colonia Primero de Mayo Norte, one more commitment is fulfilled with the people of Boqueños by renewing one of the most important and complete public spaces in the city, as expressed by the Mayor. Juan Manuel Unanue Abascal.

“With the reopening of this sports unit we conclude the rehabilitation of all the sports units in the city of Boca del Río,” the mayor highlighted to the residents present.

With an investment of almost five million pesos, the municipal government comprehensively intervened in the 7-a-side soccer field, basketball court, volleyball court, swimming pool, roofing of the multipurpose esplanade, as well as the perimeter fence.

With this work, all residents, young and old, will directly benefit, who will be able to use the public space to carry out sports or recreational activities. Therefore, the municipal authority urged residents to help take care of this sports unit.

Despite the inclement weather, the reopening of this space, better known as “Pinitos”, had a large presence of neighbors and athletes who thanked the mayor for making the commitment to leave this sports unit like new a reality.

Likewise, Unánue Abascal reported that the Manuel Gómez Morín sports unit will have hours of use from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
