#SanMiguelDeAllende, #Gto.- In the framework of the groundbreaking of the «Bulevar de la Libertad», President Mauricio Trejo affirmed that «the strongest alliance of the State» is that of Governor Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo with San Miguel de Allende, with its authorities and above all with the people of San Miguel de Allende.

Together with the Governor of the State and the Mayor of Dolores Hidalgo, Adrián Hernández Alejandri, the President of San Miguel laid the first stone of the «Bulevar de la Libertad», a highway that connects the people of San Miguel with this city, a World Heritage Site, which will consolidate the largest tourist corridor in the country and will strengthen the ties formed between the presidents of both municipalities who, for more than 10 years, have been allied to make works that improve the quality of life of the people of Guanajuato in the northern region.

«I want to tell you that today there is a very strong alliance, probably the strongest alliance in the entire state, the one between Mauricio Trejo, Adrián Hernández and Diego Sinhue. This work allows San Miguel de Allende, which is the municipality that captures tourism, to generate regional economy. San Miguel will be closer to the Cradle of Independence, tourists will be closer to the Wine Museum, the vineyards will be closer to the José Alfredo Jiménez Museum, they will be closer to a beautiful municipality such as Dolores Hidalgo and the economy generated in San Miguel de Allende will be closer. With this highway we not only unite in infrastructure, two municipalities: we unite in economic matters, two municipalities, because today Dolores Hidalgo will already be part of the economic flow generated by San Miguel de Allende and San Miguel de Allende, with this road will generate more tourism than it is generating today,» said Mauricio Trejo.

This work will consist of an investment of more than 3 billion pesos, which will bring exponential added value to the regional economy in the State, since it will connect two of the municipalities with historical and cultural wealth, for its tourist and commercial attractions, bringing Dolores to be part of the economic flow of San Miguel, while the Best Small City in the World will help it to continue increasing its quality tourism.
