Government of the State of Mexico and Infonavit build alliances for development and acquisition of adequate housing / @Edomex >>>

#EstadoDeMéxico.- The Government of the State of Mexico is working to strengthen actions aimed at ensuring that the people of the State of Mexico have adequate, sustainable and regularized housing, which brings equity, justice and quality of life, said Carlos Jesús Maza Lara, Secretary of Urban Development and Infrastructure, who, representing Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez, inaugurated the «Housing for Wellbeing» Fair at the «Felipe Ángeles» International Airport (AIFA).

«It is important to tell you that our Governor, Mrs. Delfina Gómez, has instructed us to promote the arrival of high-impact urban investments that contribute to the economic development of our state, always taking care that all the criteria established by law are met,» said the head of the Ministry of Urban Development and Infrastructure (Sedui).

At the meeting held at AIFA’s Mexican Plaza, Secretary Maza Lara announced that the State Land Use Planning Program is being prepared in order to align actions regarding land use and that public policies will promote urban development in a harmonious and sustainable manner.

Likewise, he said that Sedui will have an Urban Management Center that will guide citizens and investors to correctly integrate their files for the authorization of urban complexes and condominiums, lotifications, subdivisions and mergers, in order to expedite such procedures.

Maza Lara considered that in this way it will be possible to meet the growing housing demand, including the most vulnerable population, guaranteeing that they have all the public services, such as drinking water, drainage, electric power and connectivity, avoiding irregular developments.
