SEP head of state attends the Escuela Normal Rural Luis Villarreal “El Mexe” / @Letamaya @SEP_mx >>>

#SEP.- The head of the Ministry of Public Education (SEP) visited the Escuela Normal Rural Luis Villarreal “El Mexe”, where she verified the improvements that have been made to the school infrastructure, dormitories, playgrounds and green areas, actions that have an impact on the education of 280 students.

At the school, and accompanied by the Secretary of Education of the State of Hidalgo, the Secretary held a meeting with directors, the teaching staff, representatives of the student committees of “El Mexe”, parents, and the citizens’ assembly, made up of social organizations in the area.

At the meeting, which was also attended by representatives of the National Coordination of Education Workers (CNTE) Hidalgo, the head of the SEP listened to the academic team of the teacher training college, who presented the curriculum proposal developed to improve the training of students.

During the tour of the school, she talked with teachers and students about the importance of the vocation to be a teacher, because it is in their hands to offer the best knowledge to children.

He emphasized that the schools that train teachers are very important for education in Mexico, and “El Mexe” is one of them. He congratulated the students for deciding to pursue a teaching career, because it is a very rewarding profession, although with many challenges, and to which one has to put a lot of heart and love for children and adolescents.
