Christmas tree collection campaign kicks off; forestry support for more than 6 million pesos delivered

#Ocoyoacac, #State of Mexico. – For their work and commitment to environmental conservation, Governor Alfredo Del Mazo Maza delivered grants for more than 6 million pesos from the Hydrological Environmental Services and Edoméx Procarbono programs to owners of forest areas in more than 14 municipalities in the State of Mexico.

«We are delivering this support to the women, to the men who take care of the forests, who are represented here by some of you, some of you, there are more than 6 million pesos that we are delivering in this support to many families, symbolically to you, but there are more than 14 municipalities that we are delivering this support today.

«And may it be an example for many more who want to join this program, that those who work responsibly can do so, approach the Secretariat of the Countryside and with this program we can support families who are dedicated to the care of our forests,» he said.
