CARTRÒ operates the country’s largest corrugated cardboard plant in the state of Estado de México

#Tepotzotlán, #EstadoDeMéxico.- Cartrò started operating its second corrugated cardboard line, making it the largest plant in the country in this line of business.

With an investment of more than 600 million pesos, the company will double its production capacity and generate more than 720 direct and indirect jobs.

This company, whose production is environmentally friendly, has 31 years in Mexico, where it has become a promoter of micro, small and even medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) throughout the country; it currently works with more than 360 direct suppliers of this business sector.

In addition, they are committed to equal treatment and opportunities between women and men: more than 50 percent of the company’s management positions are held by women.

The Governor of the State of Mexico thanked Cartrò for its confidence to continue growing in the entity, and explained that during the pandemic this company did not stop operating as it was considered an essential activity.
