Sectur modernizes and strengthens Los Ángeles Verdes with new technologies

#SecretaríaDeTurismo.- The head of the Ministry of Tourism (SECTUR) pointed out that after more than two decades of not updating the operating system of the General Directorate of Tourist Services of the Green Angels, this Geointelligence Center will allow for the optimization of the comprehensive services they provide on 37,000 kilometers of highways of the national road network.

Recognizing the important work of the Green Angels, he assured that after 61 years of offering an efficient, timely and warm service, now, with this new Geointelligence Center, the Green Angels will continue to be a reference for national and foreign tourism traveling on the country’s highways.

On the other hand, Alejandro Zúñiga Bernal, General Director of Tourist Services of the Green Angels, emphasized that Mexico is the only country with a public policy that addresses the issue of tourism protection, and that implements effective actions focused on the safety and assistance of our visitors in 197 highway sections.
