The return of the Foro Boca and the Boca del Rio Philharmonic Orchestra, after the forced pause due to the pandemic, was framed with resounding success and a full house.
The mayors of Veracruz and Boca del Río, Patricia Lobeira de Yunes and Juan Manuel Unánue Abascal, respectively, welcomed the concert attendees and affirmed that together they will ensure that culture flourishes in the metropolitan area.
