Tecámac is emerging as an option for sports events in the State of Mexico

#Tecámac, #EstadoDeMéxico. – With the program ¡Muévete con Ganas! close to 15 thousand tecamaquenses, have carried out sports and recreational activities in the neighborhoods and communities of Tecámac.

The Municipal President Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, expressed that this type of events are carried out so that the inhabitants can develop and promote the habit of sports as well as encourage family coexistence.

Among the sports activities that take place are super volleyball, karate, aerobic dance and cross training classes. In addition, to promote the culture of inclusion, an athletics event for people with disabilities and a mega aerobic dance class «LGBTTTIQ+» were also held.

There were also state basketball and swimming championships, making Tecámac an option in the State of Mexico for sports competitions in different disciplines.

The activities are held at the «Sierra Hermosa» ecological and sports park, the Convention Center, the Ojo de Agua and Ozumbilla Civic Plazas, the State of Mexico Sports Plaza in Real de Cid and Monarcas, and the roofed arches of Tecámac Centro and Hueyotenco Cuitláhuac.

It is worth mentioning that, in coordination with the volunteers of the Santa Lucia Military Base, a mega aerobic dance class is being held at the military facilities.

Since April 22, Tecámac residents have had an option for recreational and sports activities, which are essential for the development of children and young people, said the Mayoress of Tecámac.
