Alfredo del Mazo reports on laboratory project enabled by NOVARTIS pharmaceutical company

#EstadoDeMéxico.- The Governor of the State of Mexico, Alfredo Del Mazo Maza, informed that the pharmaceutical company Novartis allocated 7 million dollars to equip and enable a High Quality Laboratory in Naucalpan, which will contribute to promote the development of research and technology in this sector.

This laboratory, located in the Centro Campus Interactivo de Ideas, in the aforementioned municipality, consolidates Novartis as a great ally for the timely attention of cardiovascular diseases, which is one of the main causes of death in the country.

In a working meeting with Novartis Mexico executives, headed by Fernando Javier Cruz Del Bosque, General Director of Corporate Affairs and Communication of the company, the state governor explained that during the next five years, this company plans to invest 5 million dollars in the State of Mexico, in high-tech equipment to develop pharmaceutical products that improve people’s lives.

The Governor also thanked the company’s investors for renewing their confidence in a project that takes advantage of the competitive advantages of the state of Mexico, as it consolidates the leadership of the state’s pharmaceutical sector.
