Mayor Patricia Lobeira continues «Permanent Municipal Fumigation Campaign against Dengue Transmitting Mosquitoes»

#Veracruz, #Ver.- Mayoress Patricia Lobeira de Yunes continues with the «Permanent Municipal Fumigation Campaign against the Dengue-Transmitting Mosquito» in the Agustin Acosta Lagunes neighborhood, which is being carried out throughout the municipality to combat the reproduction of the mosquito that transmits diseases such as dengue, zika and chikungunya.

«The entire municipality is going to be fumigated, the 300 colonies that the municipality has, we are going to be going through them; it is important that we fumigate the entire city so that we can have fewer cases of dengue,» informed the Mayoress.

She said that this campaign is being carried out through the municipal DIF, in conjunction with the Health Jurisdiction.

«The rainy season is beginning and that is when the cases of dengue, zika and chicungunya start to increase, so it is important that we not only fumigate, but that people also help us in cleaning and cleaning up their homes,» she said.
