#Celaya, #Gto.- This Wednesday morning the president of the Board of Trustees of the System for the Integral Development of the Family, Rosa María María Suárez de Mendoza and the General Director, María del Carmen Núñez Mares visited the company «De Acero», in order to manage a collaboration for the benefit of the families.

At the company they met with José Marcos Paredes Ángeles, Head of Talent Development and Labor Production, Augusto Cesar Revuelta Velasco, Human Resources Manager, Juan Ernesto Barrón, Training Coordinator, Magaly Perales Navarro, Talent Management Coordinator and Juan Antonio Cortez Vergara, Communication Engineer.

The President of the DIF System, explained to those present the programs and actions currently being carried out in this agency, highlighting the importance of education and how one of its main struggles is to reduce and eradicate school dropout rates.

«One of our main concerns has been the issue of education and how thousands of children have not returned to school because of the pandemic, and that is where we all, society and government have to close ranks and work together for them, who in the end are the future of society,» he said.

It was also agreed to liaise with the Polytechnic University of Guanajuato, UPG, so that their students and graduates have an employment opportunity in this plant, which, as an important fact, is about to celebrate 25 years of work in this region and 70 at the national level.
