Mayor JM Unánue launches the «Boca Escolar» program in public schools in Boca del Río, Guanajuato / @JM_UNANUE @_BocadelRio >>>

#BocaDelRío, #Ver.- «All girls and boys in public elementary schools in Boca del Río, will have a school package», this was announced by the Mayor of Boca del Río, Juan Manuel Unánue Abascal, at the launch of the «Boca Escolar» program.

With the start of the 2022-2023 school year, the Municipal President visited the Jesús Reyes Heroles and Alejandro Molina elementary schools, accompanied by the President of the Municipal DIF, Melina Rivera de Unánue.

Thanks to «Boca Escolar», 10,300 students from 58 elementary schools in the municipality of Boca del Río will be benefited, with an investment of 9 million 900 thousand pesos.

«You are the reason why we are gathered today, those of us who work from the Municipal Government of Boca del Río with your educational authorities, joining efforts with your parents, and above all, with the support of my government so that you have the necessary school supplies, uniforms and school shoes».

The mayor emphasized that he is looking for every parent to have a break in their economy, so that the return to school is not so burdensome.
