#Edoméx.- In health care, human resources are the most important, as they are the ones who, through their love for their work and empathy with users, provide daily wellbeing to the most vulnerable population.

The Secretary of Health of the State of Mexico, Francisco Fernandez Clamont, stated the above while heading the commemorative ceremony for the XI anniversary of the General Hospital of Amecameca «Valentin Gomez Farias», where he thanked all the staff for their work for more than a decade in favor of the inhabitants of the region of Los Volcanes.

He emphasized that this is an anchor hospital and has played a fundamental role during the COVID-19 pandemic, because, in spite of the fear generated among the workers of the different areas to face a new disease, they put their professionalism and responsibility to take care of the people of Mexico who were affected by the Coronavirus.

He also thanked the various directors who have been in charge of this medical unit, since their leadership, added to the commitment of doctors, nurses, support staff, and administrative and administrative personnel, has positioned it as one of the most important in the hospital network of the Instituto de Salud del Estado de México (ISEM).
