#Veracruz, #Ver.- Mayoress Patricia Lobeira de Yunes signed the «Academic Collaboration Agreement» between the City of Veracruz and the Instituto de Tramitación Aduanal del Golfo (ITAG), represented by the director of the school, Liz Viridiana Prieto Almendra.

At the event held in the Sala de Cabildo, the Mayor stressed that her administration has a great commitment to young Veracruzians. «We know that Veracruz is a city where there are young people with many dreams and aspirations, and we as authorities have to support them and make their future more prosperous and brighter,» she said.

The mayoress said that joining efforts with different schools and universities in Veracruz will ensure that young people have greater educational and professional opportunities.

«What we want to have is this closeness and what better than with the ITAG, because in addition to being a city with a lot of history, we also have a port that has grown a lot, so we also have to grow and educate young people in this area,» she said.
