Citizen’s Committee to follow up on the construction of the IMSS HGZ in Navojoa is sworn in / @zoerobledo @Tu_IMSS >>>

#IMSS.- The Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and the government of Sonora installed the Citizens’ Committee for Monitoring the Construction of the General Zone Hospital (HGZ) to be built in the municipality of Navojoa; this hospital will provide decent healthcare services to the population.

On behalf of the Director General of IMSS, Zoé Robledo, the Director of Operation and Evaluation (DOE), Javier Guerrero García, and the Governor of Sonora, Alfonso Durazo Montaño, swore in the members of the Committee, thus consolidating the process of citizen participation in IMSS public policies.

In his message, Javier Guerrero highlighted that this hospital will have 90 beds, will have a portfolio of 20 specialties and will be a response to the historical demand and the population of Navojoa, where patients will receive quality care.

For his part, Governor Alfonso Durazo Montaño emphasized that the consolidation of this hospital speaks of the size and response of the government of the President of the Republic, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, through the IMSS, in meeting the needs of the community of Navojoa, whose work represents wellbeing and health for the population of southern Sonora.
