#GobiernoDeMéxico.- President Andrés Manuel López Obrador confirmed that in early January 2023 his US counterpart, Joseph Biden, will visit Mexico to participate in the North American Leaders Summit in Mexico City and in bilateral meetings.

He also announced that he will hold meetings with representatives of the Canadian government, headed by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. In the dialogues he will seek to strengthen cooperation between the three countries.

«It is being proposed that there will first be a bilateral meeting, it could be with the United States, who are the ones asking for this meeting. Then it is certain that there will be another bilateral meeting with Canada and then the Summit,» he said in a morning press conference.

The Chief Executive informed that Air Force One, the U.S. presidential plane, will land at the Felipe Angeles International Airport (AIFA).

«The Mexico City Airport has capacity, but now the heads of state, presidents, are choosing to arrive at the Felipe Angeles Airport,» he said.
