Security operation ready for Christmas celebrations in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato / @MauricioTrejoP @GobMunicipalSMA >>>

#SanMiguelDeAllende, #Gto.- With the start of the «Guadalupe – Reyes» operation, the Secretary of Citizen Security will shield the Christmas holidays in San Miguel de Allende.

From this Friday, December 9 through January 8, all municipal security forces and the city’s emergency corps will deploy their full capacity to ensure that the Christmas and New Year’s celebrations take place in peace and tranquility in «The Best Little City in the World».

During this holiday period, thousands of tourists and visitors are expected to arrive and enjoy with their families all the tourist attractions that this World Heritage City has to offer; in order to make this happen, the Secretariat of Public Safety will deploy its municipal agencies to: monitor, prevent and attend any incident that could violate the safety of the population.

The entire San Miguel territory will be monitored, where the communities will also have security and civil protection presence, particularly for their festivities, where the burning of pyrotechnics is customary.
