In the State of México, elements of the Municipality of Tecámac provide support to thousands of Guadalupan Pilgrims / @MarielaGtzEsc @MejorTecamac >>>

#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- The government of Tecámac, through Civil Protection and the Civil Guard, provides support and assistance to the thousands of pilgrims who pass through this territory on their way to the Basilica of Guadalupe, which is expected to register an intense movement this Monday.

It also provides support to the communities of the 12 native towns, in neighborhoods and housing units where masses and celebrations of the neighbors are held for the day of the Virgin of Guadalupe, from this Sunday and tomorrow, Monday.

Traffic personnel was deployed from the Mexico-Pachuca highway, in order to speed up vehicular traffic, take care of the pilgrims and avoid possible accidents, as well as to provide first aid to those who require it.

Units of the Civil Guard also carry out surveillance patrols on the Mexico-Pachuca highway for the same purpose.

By instructions of the municipal president, Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, the priority is to guarantee a safe transit through Tecamaquense territory, and to prevent possible incidents.

Likewise, starting this week the Civil Guard will launch a special operation to protect vacationers and migrants crossing the municipality or heading to or leaving the Felipe Angeles International Airport (AIFA).
