Veracruz government pays salaries, Christmas bonuses and wage increases / @CuitlahuacGJ @GobiernoVer >>>

#GobiernoDeVeracruz.- Around 100 billion pesos were earmarked this year for the payment of all benefits for state workers, teachers and autonomous organizations, thus fulfilling the commitment of Governor Cuitláhuac García Jiménez.

The head of the Ministry of Finance and Planning, José Luis Lima Franco, informed that this Wednesday the deposit of the 23rd paycheck and the first part of the Christmas bonus began.

This Thursday, since 8:30 a.m., the more than 50 thousand state teachers received in their accounts the retroactive amount of the 1, 2 and 3 percent increase, also called Bono del Bienestar (Welfare Bonus).

«Today everything that corresponds to the salary adjustment announced by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador is settled and covered with state resources,» he said.

Tomorrow, Friday, the dispersion of resources for the last fortnight of the year will continue, in addition to the second part of the Christmas bonus; while pensioners will also receive the corresponding amount.

«Since yesterday, payments to state workers, teachers, as well as decentralized and autonomous public bodies began, amounting to approximately 100 billion for December commitments».
