#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- The municipality of Tecámac started this Tuesday the program of benefits in the payment of property tax and water corresponding to this year, for people who make the annual payment and those who complied in a timely manner the last two years.

Through this scheme, those who come this month to cover their respective property tax payment will receive a discount of 8 percent for prompt payment and another 8 percent for compliant users. Additionally, a 34 percent discount will be applied to senior citizens and vulnerable groups.

Regarding water payment, this month there will be a discount of 8 percent for prompt annualized payment, plus four percent for those who are up to date with their payments, as well as 38 percent for senior citizens and vulnerable groups.

The municipal president, Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, urged Tecamaquenses to take advantage of this program and comply with their corresponding payments, which is intended to support the family economy, which is one of the priorities of the present administration.

In the case of water payments, the Decentralized Organization of Drinking Water, Sewerage and Sanitation (Odapas) will deliver a «discount coupon book» only to those who are up to date with their payments.
